Always good to deal with

We had our 2024 GMC serviced by Shelor about 4 months ago. We learned this week that our key to our lug nuts on the truck had not been put back at that visit. The way we learned this was when we bought a travel trailer this week, and had to have air bags installed on our truck. Camping World called us after we dropped the truck off to get the air bags, and told us they couldn't find the key. After looking everywhere on the truck for the key, we realized it had to have been used when our truck was serviced last at shelor because they had to have it to rotate the tires. I called Shelor and informed them of this. Shelor was very understanding and very willing to help in anyway possible. The manager was very kind and professional. He took the time to let me know our options and was willing to get our truck in the same day to order a new key. Shelor was professional, accepted responsibility, and ordered the key and did not charge us for it. We are so thankful that Shelor was able to order and absorb the cost of the key. We are awaiting the key for the truck to come in, and praying our truck does not have a flat tire while we wait. Very pleased with Shelor's help regarding this issue.

I love shelor they are just the nicest people

We had an appointment to just get the truck inspected and we were there over 2 hours. At that time we were told the windshield wiper on the drivers side did not pass inspection. The price of the blades and fee to install them were way out of line. We were charged 33 dollars for something that could have been done for much less. Felt like we were part of a captive audience and robbed.
