The service staff was great and very professional.

Appt at 915 for oil change. Told Joe about wind noise issue that has been ongoing he said it maybe several hours before a tech could look at it because they were down a tech but the oil change would be no issue because those were a different dept. I told him that was fine do the oil change if they got to check the wind noise issue before I came back fine if not I would reschedule. Came back at 115 and oil change was not complete. So I had to wait even longer. This was after last time being told they rotated tires, when in fact they did not because there was a plug in the tire and I knew where it was. So I had to take another day to take it back to correct that.

Our experience was absolutely wonderful, Bob Crowl was one of the best Sales Consultants we have ever had the pleasure of working with. The financing process went about as smooth as it ever has.
