This is my 2nd time buying a truck from Shelor. Josh was wonderful! The entire experience was excellent from the initial contact who found the truck I had been casually looking to purchase (at some point) to the test drive and no pressure financing options. I will be buying my next vehicle from them—hopefully not anytime soon as I love my new diesel gmc!

Arrived at shelor Chevrolet at around 7pm with no intention of purchasing a vehicle until i saw the vehicle i was looking at, 3k cheaper than anywhere I’ve looked. Brandon made the process super easy and answered all my questions. I didn’t feel pushed or rushed at any point in the buying process. Brandon had no issue staying after close to help me take my car home. Shelor has earned yet another returning customer!

I blew a tire getting off the bypass, was able to drive it to shelter. I drove in at 5:30pm and Joe opened the bay doors and was able to get me set up for a new tire. Wonderful service!

Just purchased a new Chevy Colorado and was very pleased with the whole experience! From the online sales rep to the finance manager and all the others in between that had a hand in the process…. I would do it all over again! They got me to where I wanted to be on the payment and really went above what was expected in explaining and reasoning with me on both sides of the sale! Working with Bob Crowl was a pleasure. He was patient with us and worked very hard to get us a good deal. He reached out to John Nixon to help us with some technical issues and he was also great to deal with. Darren Viars, the F&I Manager, was great and worked hard to get us taken care of so we could get on the road and on our way home before it got dark on us. We are older and did not want to travel home in the dark. The Shelor experience was very pleasant and we would gladly recommend them to our friends.

Liam at shelor toyota was great. We had some brakes and rotors replaced at our regular mechanic and our wheel lock key was misplaced after the work was completed. It was going to be a nightmare replacing the lock key. Finally just tried the toyota dealership and Liam spoke with me and got our vehicle in and was able to locate the right lock key for our vehicle and charge us for a tire rotation which in the process removed the wheel lock and replaced them with some regular lug nuts we had bought but also saved us a bit of money in the process. So thank u Liam for all of your help and being kind and prompt. We appreciate it for sure.

Great service when I picked up a nail in my tire and drove in without an appointment!

My husband and I were traveling during this recent snow/ice storm. Coming home from a doctor's visit our 2020 GMC Sierra starting get hot and smoking. We were fortunate that Shelor's service department was open and able to get us right in. They quickly diagnosed the problem and did appropriate repairs which were under warranty. The staff was super friendly and efficient. We would highly recommend them.

The staff was very helpful and were able to answer any questions I had while car shopping. In addition, they were very patient and went in-depth during every step of the paperwork process when I made a decision on a new vehicle.

My transmission went out in my truck, I left it there for it to get fixed and 4 days later I got a call it was fixed. With warranty it only cost me $45. They were great in their service.

Excellent experience as always with all the sales and finance departments.
